Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a key client of ours who are on the lookout for a Private Clients Account Handler to join their dynamic team. They are considering individuals from a Personal Lines background. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of client insurance programs, placement of insurances, management of renewals, and resolution of client queries. You will also be involved in preparing market and client documentation, managing global insurance programs, and providing management information as required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Servicing of client insurance programs
  • Check policy documentation for accuracy before issuance to the client
  • Manage all renewals effectively and in a timely manner
  • Obtain quotations for new and renewal business
  • Prepare market and client documentation
  • Resolve client queries and changes in cover promptly and effectively
  • Provide management information as required

Requirements:

  • Understanding of relevant classes of business
  • Ability to identify opportunities for business development
  • Understanding of legal principles of insurance and risk management concepts
  • Experience in marketing and servicing the insurance needs of clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
