Job Description:

An established and highly regarded, people centric London law firm is seeking a Private Client Tax Solicitor to join its growing specialist team. This is a rare opportunity to work on complex tax and estate planning matters in a firm known for combining technical strength with personal service.

Job Responsibility:

Inheritance tax planning and lifetime gifting strategies
Establishing and administering onshore and offshore trusts
Capital gains and income tax advisory
Personal tax compliance and domicile/residence advice
Cross-border estate structuring
Liaising with investment managers, accountants, and family offices

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
STEP and/or CTA qualified (or working towards)
Demonstrable experience in inheritance tax, CGT, trusts, and personal tax matters
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A personable and pragmatic approach to client service
