Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment are working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Ipswich who are seeking a Private Client Tax Manager to join their growing team. As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients, while enjoying a supportive and progressive working environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a portfolio of private client tax clients, ensuring compliance and delivering proactive advice
Review and manage the work of junior staff, providing training and mentoring
Handle complex tax planning and advisory matters, liaising with clients and HMRC
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value
Support Partners with business development and practice growth initiatives.

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance and advisory
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
