Job Responsibility:

Managing a portfolio of private clients, including HNWIs, business owners, and trusts
Delivering bespoke tax planning and advisory solutions
Reviewing complex compliance work prepared by junior team members
Leading, mentoring, and developing junior staff within the department
Supporting Partners with client relationship management and business development

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or qualified by experience)
Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance and advisory matters
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
