Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage the Private Client Tax department, ensuring delivery of high-quality advisory and compliance services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and other key clients
Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients on complex tax matters
Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to the firm's strategic objectives
Oversee the training and development of junior staff
Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation and internal policies

Requirements:

CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent)
Proven experience in Private Client Tax at a senior level
Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
Excellent communication and commercial awareness
Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
