• Drafting bespoke, tax-efficient Wills to meet a wide range of client needs
• Advising clients on inheritance tax strategies and asset preservation
• Providing guidance on lifetime trusts, particularly in the context of care home fee planning
• Overseeing the full administration of estates, including those with inheritance tax liabilities
• Administering trusts and ensuring all legal and regulatory duties are fulfilled
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Managing Court of Protection applications and advising clients on deputyship processes

• A qualified Solicitor with ideally 0–3 years PQE
• Solid technical expertise across Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Inheritance Tax Planning
• A client-first mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence managing your own caseload while contributing to a supportive team dynamic
• A proactive and commercially minded individual, keen to be involved in the firm’s ongoing growth
