Job Description:

A highly regarded City of London-based law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join its specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, detail-focused lawyer to support individuals and families through some of life’s most important transitions.

Job Responsibility:

Drafting Wills and Letters of Wishes for a broad client base
Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Advising on Deputyship applications and mental capacity issues
Administering estates from start to finish, including probate applications, inheritance tax reporting, and distribution of assets
Supporting vulnerable clients with sensitivity and clarity
Maintaining excellent client relationships through clear, compassionate communication

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
Experience in Wills, LPAs, and probate work (ideally 2+ years PQE)
Comfortable handling estate administration from start to finish
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
