Job Description:

An award winning, Legal 500 full-service firm is looking for a 2yr + PQE Solicitor to join their busy Private Client Department. The role involves working as part of a team and leading a sub team, with a focus on business development and client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Build strong client relationships
generate business
deal with Private Client matters including Estate Administration, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
supervise and develop others
contribute to the growth of the Private Wealth & Inheritance department

Requirements:

2+ years PQE
ability to build strong client relationships
experience in Estate Administration, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
experience in Court of Protection work is an advantage
part or full STEP member is an advantage
proven track record in business development
experience of supervising and developing others

Nice to have:

Court of Protection work experience
part or full STEP member
