Private Client Senior Associate

• Manage and grow the department
• deal with all aspects of Private Client matters such as wills and probate
• complex tax and estate planning
• court of protection
• lasting powers of attorney and Trusts

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ability and desire to grow client base to generate business for the firm
• able to hit the ground running and deal with all Private Client matters from beginning to end with minimal supervision
• ability to meet fee earning targets
• full STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
• minimum 2:1 degree and/or a Commendation from their LPC
• must have trained and practiced in an established and reputable law firm
• confident and skilled Private Client solicitor with 5+ years PQE
