Job Description:

Join the highly-regarded Private Client team at this award-winning law firm. As a Private Client Fee Earner, you will advise clients on matters such as probate, inheritance tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and will drafting. Your role will involve managing a diverse caseload, providing clear legal guidance, and developing lasting relationships with clients, trustees, and financial professionals. You will work collaboratively within a supportive team, contributing to the firm’s growth through excellent client care and strategic legal advice. The role offers exposure to Court of Protection cases and Trusts, with the firm continuously investing in top-tier IT systems to enhance service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Providing expert advice on probate, inheritance tax, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and estate planning
Managing client cases from inception to completion
Ensuring compliance with firm procedures regarding document management, time recording, and billing
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and relevant professionals
Contributing to business development and firm growth initiatives
Assisting with Court of Protection cases and Trusts as required

Requirements:

5+ years of private client experience
Proven track record in business development and billing performance
Organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
IT proficient, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
Full driving licence with own transport
Step membership would be advantageous
