Job Description:

The Private Bank UAE Team Head manages a team of senior professionals targeting Ultra High Net Worth Individuals in the UAE market. This role is responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of bankers, delivery of solutions to our clients in collaboration with our global product teams and functions.

Regulatory compliance & risk management

Requirements:

Extensive and proven experience in Private Banking having covered the UHNW market
Extensive experience in working with and/or leading client teams and transactions
Demonstrated track record in relationship management
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
Excellent communication skills
Thorough knowledge of the relevant market
Proven track record with sales management
In-depth understanding of clients’ businesses and sources of wealth generation
