Job Description:

Serves as a Privacy and Responsible Information Management Compliance Senior Analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protect the franchise.

Job Responsibility:

Participating in design, development, delivery and maintenance of Compliance programs, policies and practices
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to privacy and records management compliance risk management
Preparing regular reports and dashboards to communicate privacy performance to stakeholders
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform monitoring and targeted assessments
Reviewing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Investigating and assisting in responses to privacy and records management compliance risk issues
Monitoring adherence to Citi's Compliance Risk Policies
Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and new regulations

Requirements:

Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies
Understanding of data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA and state privacy regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree
Experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm
Advanced degree preferred

Prior program management experience
