Job Description:

As a Print Room Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating printing machinery, ensuring that print jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. Your attention to detail will ensure that our clients receive exceptional products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate and maintain printing machines, ensuring optimal performance
  • Set up jobs according to specifications and quality standards
  • Monitor print runs and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the print room
  • Keep accurate records of production output and any issues encountered
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Print Room Operator or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with various printing techniques and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work night shifts
