Job Description:

SeeWriteHear is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Print Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Print Production Manager to ensure the efficient and timely production of our print materials, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the print production process, including material handling, machine operation, and quality control
  • Collaborate with the Print Manager to manage inventory, track supplies, and coordinate logistics
  • Support warehouse management activities, ensuring the proper storage and organization of materials and finished products
  • Ability to operate a computer and common computer-based applications
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods—accommodations will be made to facilitate persons with disabilities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices
  • Participate in team meetings, providing input and feedback on production-related matters
  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital printing, logistics, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse management principles
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities
