Job Description:

OneTrust is seeking a Principal Training Consultant to design and deliver advanced training and certification programs for global customers and partners. In this senior role, you’ll deliver certification courses across all OneTrust’s solutions, create new technical courses and labs, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to shape our education strategy. You’ll mentor fellow consultants, represent OneTrust at public forums, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives and practitioners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver: Facilitate advanced, virtual instructor-led training and in-person sessions on the entire OneTrust suite of enterprise SaaS tools for global customers, partners, and strategic audiences
  • Design & Evolve: Collaborate with Training & Certification leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Engineering to design new courses and labs that scale with product innovation and customer and partner needs
  • Maintain Excellence: Continuously update training content and collateral in alignment with OneTrust’s seasonal SaaS releases and enhancements
  • Lead by Example: Mentor other training consultants, modeling best practices in facilitation, instructional design, and customer engagement
  • Influence Strategy: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align training programs with OneTrust’s business goals, ensuring education drives measurable outcomes in adoption and certification
  • Advise & Represent: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to learners, internal stakeholders, and leadership
  • represent OneTrust Training & Certification at webinars, conferences, and public speaking events
  • Measure & Improve: Manage post-training feedback loops, analyze survey data, and recommend course iterations to continuously enhance the learner experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in SaaS/tech training, technical enablement, instructional design, or client services
  • Proven experience delivering and designing technical training for enterprise SaaS solutions, including content development for net new courses and content release maintenance
  • Strong background with Zoom, LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo), and virtual classroom technologies
  • Experience with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or Backward Design
  • Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills, including webinars and executive presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Engineering)
  • Track record of building scalable certification programs or assessments in a SaaS/tech context
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Microsoft products and LLMs
  • Skilled at facilitating large-scale virtual and in-person trainings to global audiences with confidence and professionalism
  • Experienced in simplifying complex SaaS, privacy, or compliance concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
  • Confident working with global stakeholders, from engineers to executives, across time zones and business units
  • Strategic in your thinking, with strong problem-solving, decision-making skills, project management, and simultaneous multiple project work
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and a reliable source of expertise on SaaS updates, product releases, and the evolving privacy/security landscape
  • Autonomous and able to operate with self-direction, thriving in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment
  • Willing to travel globally (up to ~10%) to deliver training and represent OneTrust
