Job Description:

As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Soundtracking. Your role will be to shape the strategy, development, and execution of the AI, ML and agentic capabilities that enable our product teams to build exceptional user-facing experiences. You will act as the strategic bridge between our capability-building teams and user-facing product teams. By anticipating future needs and translating company-level strategies into a concrete roadmap, you ensure our product teams can move faster and deliver differentiated experiences. You will work closely with senior leadership, engineering, research, data, design, and marketing to align work with broader company strategies and ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategy and vision: Shape the cross-company AI/ML strategy by translating industry trends and high-level goals into a long-term capabilities roadmap. You identify where AI can meaningfully improve the customer experience and ensure development is aligned with business priorities
  • Cross organizational leadership: Act as the primary bridge between capability-building teams and client-facing product teams. You lead through ambiguity, translating user needs into clear, scalable technical requirements and driving strategic alignment across all stakeholders
  • Execution and delivery: Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept to launch. You manage the end-to-end development of AI-powered features, ensuring quality, consistency, and measurable success across user-facing surfaces
  • Customer and market Leadership: Conduct deep market analysis and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. You use these insights to identify opportunities where AI can drive distinct value and elevate the overall user experience
  • Organization development and mentorship: Provide thought leadership on AI product direction and influence senior executives on critical tradeoffs. You actively mentor Product Managers and help uplift product practices and strategy development across the organization

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of Product Management experience, with strong experience in AI/ML product domains
  • A proven track record of bringing complex, technical, or data-driven products from concept to launch, driving major business impact
  • Proven success in shaping strategy across multiple teams or product lines and driving shared outcomes
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends, emerging AI practices and competitive landscape, with the ability to apply these insights to shape the strategy and roadmap

Nice to have:

  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information and translate ambiguous concepts into clear user and business value
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of defining long-term strategy with clarity and conviction for executive audiences
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and operate with an organization-first mindset, easily switching between strategic altitude and tactical clarity
