Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Principal, Digital Transformation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for consulting opportunities in digital transformations, qualifying and shaping client needs
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices in proving digital transformation value, formulating transformation roadmaps and pricing models
  • Lead the creation of compelling proposals, business cases, and ROI models that clearly articulate value
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with potential clients
  • Play a key role in shaping and scaling our digital transformation consulting practice
  • Provide strategic advice on various aspects of digital transformation projects — assessment, roadmap design, vendor/technology selection, implementation oversight, and organizational change
  • Contribute to organizational design projects (e.g., TOM development) in advisory capacity
  • Build strong trusted-advisor relationships with clients
  • Ensure alignment between client leadership and delivery teams
  • Help engagement team identify risks early, advise on course corrections, and keep client stakeholders confident in the path forward

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of consulting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role at a major consulting firm (Accenture, Deloitte, E&Y, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman
  • McKinsey, BCG, Bain
  • or equivalent boutique)
  • Proven track record of originating and closing organization- or department-scale consulting projects
  • Industry-agnostic mindset with the ability to navigate multi-sector engagements
  • Experience shaping digital transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP, cloud, data platforms, AI, operating model redesign, organizational change)
  • Experience in creating and communicating business cases and ROI analyses for transformation programs
  • Executive presence and gravitas: able to influence senior leaders and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Broad understanding of both technology and organizational change levers in transformation
