Primary teaching assistant

• Providing crucial one-to-one or small group assistance to help pupils access the curriculum and participate confidently
• Helping students manage their emotions, build essential social skills, and develop vital self-confidence both inside and outside the classroom
• Working alongside the Class Teacher to deliver tailored learning activities and faithfully implementing individual education and behaviour plans
• Fostering positive relationships and promoting an inclusive, engaging, and independent learning environment for all pupils

• Passion for working with children and a proactive, nurturing approach
• Ability to assist with tailored learning, implement plans, and foster positive relationships
• Must have, or be willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Possess the Right to Work in the UK
