Job Description:

Want to work in Bath's beautiful primary schools without the long-term stress? We are looking for proactive Teaching Assistants for flexible, day-to-day supply cover. Whether you want to work near the city centre, Larkhall, or Combe Down, we have roles that fit your commute and your schedule.

Job Responsibility:

  • Small Group Support: Leading fun activities in Literacy and Numeracy
  • 1:1 Inclusion: Supporting children with SEN to reach their full potential
  • Teacher's Right Hand: Helping set up the classroom and managing student conduct
  • Safe Play: Supervising pupils during break times to ensure a positive environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children (Schools, Youth Work, or Coaching)
  • A patient, adaptable, and 'can-do' attitude
  • Reliability-being a consistent, friendly face for the children
  • An enhanced DBS (or the willingness to apply for one)
