Job Description:

Long-Term Primary School Teacher Position in Hatfield. We are looking for a dedicated professional to fill a long-term role in a dynamic and supportive school in the Hatfield, Hertfordshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher with a proven track record of creating an inspiring and engaging learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking on the full responsibilities of a class teacher, including planning, assessment, and reporting
  • Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students
  • Engaging with parents and carers to support pupil development
  • Contributing positively to the wider school community

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience as a Primary School Teacher
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one through Randstad Education)
  • Previous experience teaching KS1 and/ or KS2 curriculum
  • Flexibility to travel within (location)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • 2 recent professional references
  • A strong ability to plan and deliver creative, effective, and inclusive lessons
  • Exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
  • A collaborative spirit and a willingness to contribute to a vibrant school team
