Job Description:

A small, community-focused village school in Elsworth is looking for a passionate teacher to join their close-knit team. At Randstad, we are seeking a dedicated Year 3/4 Teacher who can take ownership of this fantastic class for three days a week . You will be the vital link in a successful job-share, ensuring the rhythm of learning continues seamlessly. This isn't just about covering a class; it's about becoming a core part of a wonderful school community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and deliver unforgettable learning experiences for a mixed Year 3/4 class
  • Masterfully collaborate with your job-share partner, ensuring a smooth and consistent handover every week
  • Build a nurturing, positive classroom where every child feels seen and inspired to learn
  • Become a trusted, integral part of a dedicated staff team that values community and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher (QTS) with a genuine passion for Key Stage 2
  • Confident in planning, differentiation, and assessment for a mixed-age class
  • An outstanding communicator and a natural team player
  • Someone who thrives in a supportive, village school environment
  • Holds an Enhanced DBS or is willing to obtain one
