Job Description:

Join our client’s team as a PCN Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in supporting primary care services across Manchester. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. The contract is ongoing with strong potential for extension depending on service demand and performance.

Job Responsibility:

perform medication reviews and reconciliation
support prescription management within GP practices
implement repeat prescription systems
contribute to reducing GP workload and improving patient outcomes
collaborate with GPs, pharmacists, and other MDT members

Requirements:

registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
previous experience in a GP surgery or PCN setting
excellent clinical and communication skills
confidence working both independently and within a team
a genuine passion for supporting NHS Primary Care
