We are seeking a Pricing Specialist who will support enterprise commercial opportunities by developing customer‑centric pricing propositions and leading strategic pricing decisions across global and single‑country bids. This role involves evaluating commercial requirements, structuring proposals, aligning pricing with business objectives, and contributing to the profitability and competitiveness of new products and tariffs. The individual will operate in a multicultural environment, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and influence customer decisions through well‑crafted commercial materials.
Job Responsibility:
Develop pricing propositions that address customer requirements while aligning with internal commercial priorities
Lead pricing activities throughout the bid lifecycle—from qualification to contract signature
Analyse customer needs, market dynamics, product lifecycles and competitor strategies to create winning proposals
Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure pricing consistency, profitability, and adherence to best practices in pricing and P&L modelling
Assess bespoke technical solutions and evaluate commercial implications compared with standard offerings
Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and support commercial negotiations with customers
Create pricing structures, tariffs and pricebooks across regions and markets
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support business transformation activities
Build strong stakeholder relationships and occasionally step in for commercial decision‑makers
Prepare high‑quality pricing documentation, analyses, templates, and presentation materials
Requirements:
Experienced in developing commercial and pricing propositions within service‑based or SaaS environments
Skilled in customer‑facing negotiations, stakeholder engagement and presenting complex information
Possess strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
Fluent in English with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Knowledgeable in business, accounting and financial modelling, with strong Excel capability
Flexible, collaborative and able to work effectively across multicultural teams
Bring a certified accounting qualification and significant professional experience in commercial roles
