Job Description:

Brightspeed is seeking a Pricing & Offer Management Analyst to drive the development, execution, and optimization of our fiber and value-added services (VAS) pricing and promotions strategy. This role is part of the Consumer Pricing & Offer Management (POM) team and sits at the center of how we shape the commercial performance of our portfolio. This position blends strategic pricing, competitive intelligence, performance analytics, and business case development to ensure Brightspeed’s offers maximize both unit growth and revenue, while staying aligned with market dynamics and sales distribution trends.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and manage pricing and promotional strategies for Fiber and Value-Added Services (Wi-Fi, security, premium support, etc.)
  • Evaluate competitive intelligence, market pricing trends, and product positioning to recommend proactive pricing adjustments
  • Use sales distribution, uptake curves, and attach-rate performance to optimize the balance between unit growth and revenue
  • Model and recommend entry price points, upsell paths, VAS attach levers, and promotional constructs (discounts, credits, bundles, trials)
  • Analyze performance metrics (sales mix, churn, ARPU, take rates, promo-to-base conversion, VAS attach) to identify opportunities and gaps
  • Partner with Sales and CX to understand channel performance and determine whether pricing or promotion changes are required
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Analyze external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (PowerBI/Looker/etc.), and statistical analysis tools
  • Build business cases to quantify the financial impact of new pricing, promotions, and offer constructs
  • Conduct modeling for revenue impact, margin, NPV, ROI, IRR, and scenario analysis to support decision-making
  • Validate performance assumptions with Product, Network, and Finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and long-term viability
  • Develop standard and custom offers that balance competitiveness and profitability
  • Support the development of contract terms, offer templates, and internal pricing guidelines
  • Work with Marketing, Digital, and Sales to ensure pricing and promotions are implemented accurately and on time
  • Support approval processes for non-standard deals and ensure alignment with policy and financial guardrails
  • Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure pricing changes are communicated, approved, and implemented
  • Work with Product teams on new product introductions to define launch pricing, promotional windows, and offer structures
  • Maintain strong governance practices that minimize operational and financial risk

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, offer management, or related commercial roles (telecom preferred)
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel-based modeling, financial concepts, and scenario planning
  • Ability to interpret complex data and synthesize actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience building business cases, evaluating pricing impacts, or supporting commercial decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present clearly to leadership
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and operate with speed in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
