Our client is a global leader in consumer electronics, continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation in digital commerce and customer experience. As eCommerce continues to evolve, pricing strategy has become a key differentiator in delivering value and agility to customers. Our client is looking for a strategic and technically-minded professional to join their team as a Pricing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and optimising the end-to-end pricing process for their direct-to-consumer (D2C) eStore operations in the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, legal, platform, analytics, and marketing, making a real impact on pricing accuracy and automation in the Benelux market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the setup, data flow, and maintenance of the pricing process across multiple platforms
  • Act as the primary contact for all pricing-related topics within the organisation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered by commercial teams using the pricing system
  • Minimise errors in pricing operations both internally and externally
  • Automate approval and upload processes to improve speed and reduce human error
  • Enable commercial teams to deploy fast and accurate pricing strategies
  • Define and monitor KPIs to enhance competitiveness and performance
  • Explore and potentially implement a Product Information Management (PIM) system
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including legal, BI, platform, and marketing teams
  • Work with external partners such as data scraping tool providers (e.g. OMNIA)

Requirements:

  • Ambition to further develop your career in pricing and eCommerce strategy
  • Proven experience in pricing roles, ideally involving dynamic pricing models
  • Past experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
  • Your strengths include analytical thinking, process optimisation, and project management
  • Working experience with tools such as Excel VBA, OMNIA, and PIM systems is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are needed in this job
  • Fluent in English
  • Dutch is a plus
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into operational improvements
  • Reliable and autonomous, with a proactive mindset
