Job Description:

They are seeking a highly capable and technically strong actuary with strong learning agility to join their Global Longevity Pricing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Detailed modelling and pricing of longevity deals from initial assessment through to deal execution and handover to in-force management team (data interrogation and preparation, mortality experience analysis, demographic experience analysis, creation of the inputs for the projection of cash-flows, cash-flow reconciliation, sensitivities, checking, etc.)
  • Preparing technical deal documentation and supporting the approval process
  • Development, maintenance and improvements to their current modelling and pricing methodologies and tools

Requirements:

  • Qualified Actuary or working towards a designation with a recognized professional body
  • 3-7 years of actuarial or analytical pricing or modelling work experience in Life (re-)insurance pricing or consulting
  • Strong actuarial modelling and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in statistical software (e.g. R) and full proficiency in MS Excel are needed to analyse data and to present findings
