Job Description:

Join Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focusing on personal wealth management and financial services. We are seeking qualified individuals to join our Wealth Sales Distribution as Prestige Private Insurance Sales to serve high-end personal customers and drive insurance business opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in driving the insurance business by identifying & capturing insurance business opportunities with prompt follow up so as to deepen HASE customer penetration, particularly the 'HNW' and the 'Mainlander' customer segment
Deliver 'Total retirement planning' solution to the most prestige customers of HASE, particular the mainlander and 'top-tier' customer segment
Assist CRMs/ECRMs to identify their customers' financial needs on retirement and legacy planning in order to provide the appropriate insurance solution for them
Explore & expand customer base for insurance products
Ensure all control measures relevant to the job are undertaken to minimize risk exposure
Maintain the Group's/ Bank's internal control standards, implement and observe the Group's/ Bank's Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring

Requirements:

University graduate preferred
CFA/CFP/CFMP/QRA/AEPP would be an advantage
Proven insurance sales experience
Exposure in universal life insurance policy would be an advantage
Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is a must/ HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferred)
Attain any internal standards as required by country
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Fluent Putonghua preferred
Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
Be curious and with passion to think deeply and rationally
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage

Nice to have:

CFA/CFP/CFMP/QRA/AEPP would be an advantage
