Job Responsibility:
Maintain and develop strategic relationship with our channel partners
understand and translate customer technical and business requirements into product and solution designs
collect experiences in use case talks with end customers and partners
ensure technical knowledge is transferred to partner's sales force to enable partner driven technical presales & sales engagement
prepare technical presentations and benchmarks on products
alignment of technical work with channel partners to match customer requirements
represent HPE Aruba Networking in relevant national Business Associations (technical partner and end-user forums)
participate in marketing activities, providing technical presales support when technical expertise is required
be responsible for achieving Partner Certification Targets in order to meet HPE Aruba Networking and customer expectations
validate and describe Specials request from technical point of view as well as from business perspective to drive customer requirements
provide technical (solutions/products/technology/competitive) feedback from partners/end-users on our solutions/products to WW R&D
Requirements:
Academic (graduate) degree, preferably in Computer engineering or at least 3 years’ experience in IT sales, presales or technical networking consulting
profound knowledge of the networking market as well as knowledge of at least one vendors LAN / WLAN products & solutions
good knowledge about wireless technologies (IEEE 802.11) and deployment strategies
knowledge about authentication technologies (RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, SAML) and deployment strategies
any certifications like HPE Aruba Networking Certifications, Cisco's CCNA, CCNP or CCIE or equivalent qualification are highly desired
experiences in setup and operating proof of concepts including practical configuration of networking products
a self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win
strong presentation and technical communication skills
an organized, team approach
willingness to travel
fluent English and German language skills

additional certifications
experience in marketing activities
