Job Description:

The Premium Services Bartender is a vital member of our hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert beverage preparation, warm and professional service, and maintaining a polished and inviting bar environment. This role requires a passion for mixology, extensive knowledge of premium spirits and wines, and a commitment to creating memorable moments for our guests. The Bartender will work in premium suite, club, and restaurant settings, supporting the overall success of the Food & Beverage operation by providing efficient, accurate, and engaging service while upholding the highest standards of quality and hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create high-quality cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty beverages using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and advanced bartending techniques
  • Provide guests with friendly, attentive, and professional service, ensuring all interactions reflect an upscale hospitality experience
  • Accurately take beverage orders from guests and servers, delivering orders in a timely manner
  • Make knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections, wine pairings, and seasonal cocktails tailored to guest preferences
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine service, including presentation, pouring, and pairing techniques
  • Consistently check guest identification to verify age requirements for alcohol service
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked with liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies before and during service
  • Monitor product usage, prepare inventory, and submit requisitions to replenish supplies as needed
  • Follow all company recipes and portion standards to maintain consistency and control costs
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the bar area at all times
  • Handle all cash, credit, and POS transactions in accordance with company policies and accurately reconcile assigned bank at the end of shift
  • Partner with culinary teams to develop creative beverage pairings, seasonal menus, and specialty cocktails
  • Assist servers and suite attendants in providing premium service to all guests
  • Attend mandatory pre-shift and departmental meetings to stay informed on menus, promotions, and service updates
  • Support catering operations by organizing and maintaining storage areas as directed
  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing glassware, and sanitizing bar surfaces
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Proactively monitor and address potential safety hazards in the bar area
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale, high-volume, or premium hospitality environment
  • Advanced knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, wine, and beer
  • Proven ability to create signature and innovative drinks
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage pairings, service standards, and guest relations
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor
