Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Job Responsibility:

To plan, organize, direct, develop, and deliver the Wealth Management services in difference branches in Taiwan
To ensure the growth and profitability of the respective PRM team and to achieve the set ROP
To ensure efficient operations of the respective PRM team and to achieve a high standard of Financial Planning that is in line with the bank's direction
To develop the PRM in the respective team in term of job knowledge and demonstration of the bank's core values
To ensure the effectiveness of cross-team cooperation in the branch
To enhance the image of the bank as a leading player in Wealth Management business in respective area
To foster a positive sales culture that all team members welcome changes and challenges and are highly self-motivated
To safeguard the bank from potential losses

Requirements:

College graduate or above
Possess financial service industry experience
Prior experience in a service role is preferred
Must obtain Trust L3, Life Insurance, 人身保險業務員銷售外幣收付非投資型保險商品, 投資型保險商品業務員, SICE/SITE, SPS, Internal Audit & Control and 外匯衍生性商品或衍生性金融商品推介工作經辦及相關管理人員證照, 外匯業務覆核人員、金融市場常識與職業道德、相關證書：高齡客戶投保權益保障之相關課程(2小時)研習證明書
