Job Responsibility

Inspect door systems post-assembly to ensure all units meet strict aesthetic and structural quality standards

Report quality trends and immediate concerns to supervisors to prevent large-scale production errors
Coordinate the sorting of defective units for rework and assist in packaging approved items for shipment
Maintain a safe, organized inspection station while strictly adhering to all PPE and safety protocols
Partner with the production team to achieve daily output targets without compromising quality accuracy

Job Responsibility

Perform visual and physical inspections of door systems and components as they come off the assembly line to ensuring they meet strict quality standards
Identify and reject products that contain defects such as scratches, dents, misalignment, or structural flaws
Utilize basic measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, gauges) to verify product dimensions against technical specifications
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of defects for the Manufacturing & Logistics management team
Communicate immediate quality concerns to line supervisors to prevent the continued production of defective units
Sort and separate defective products for rework or disposal according to company procedures
Assist in packaging finished products once they have passed inspection to ensure they are ready for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, removing debris and potential hazards from the inspection station
Adhere strictly to health and safety policies, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality accuracy
