Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing charter flights while maintaining operational awareness
  • Coordination of booked flights with Operations Department and clients
  • Processing flight booking documentation and administration
  • Close proximity to Aircraft Owners
  • Organization of last-minute ad hoc flight requests
  • Administration und supervision of daily operations
  • Coordination of accounting matters

Requirements:

  • German native & English on business level is a must
  • Excellent IT skills, including comfortable usage of all MS Office software
  • Willingness to perform flexible working hours
  • High degree of responsiveness, with excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to cope with very high levels of responsibility
  • Calmness under pressure a must
  • Living in Munich area is a must
