Job Description:

We are looking for an expert to be responsible for the cleaning strategy of reusable medical devices during the development of innovative solutions for people living with intimately healthcare needs. Join our Pre-clinical department and be part of development projects with your microbiological knowledge and implement new test methods as part of the development of new products within our different business areas. You will become our experts in cleaning within our reusable devices, supporting projects with your microbiological competences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the cleaning strategy of reusable medical devices during development
  • Support product and technology development projects with analytical tests and general microbiological support
  • Define test strategy, test according to standards, and develop and validate cleaning procedures for reusable devices
  • Work on diverse range of products in development projects across different business areas
  • Spend time in the laboratory together with technicians
  • Implement new test methods
  • Collaborate closely with adhesive-, material- and mechanical specialists, end-users, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Master of Science within biochemistry or similar
  • Competence within the microbiological field
  • Experience working with BS EN ISO 17664
  • Knowledge within medical devices, preferably in relation to defining cleaning strategies
  • Speaks and write English fluently
