We're looking for a PR Coordinator to join our dynamic team for a 3-month contract. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our PR initiatives, managing our newsroom, and coordinating projects that amplify our brand. Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling meetings, managing purchase orders, processing and tracking invoices, and preparing essential reports
Help prepare and distribute PR materials to both internal partners and external agencies, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information
Maintain meticulous records of all PR activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
Manage press inquiries received via email, directing them to the appropriate contacts
Collaborate with the Field Marketing Team to coordinate shop logistics and product needs for influencer campaigns and PR activations
Oversee the management and upkeep of our newsroom, including content scheduling, editing, shepherding content through the review process, and publishing in collaboration with agency support
Work closely with our agency, the PR team, and the Corporate Communications team to develop engaging and relevant blog content that aligns with our strategic priorities and resonates with our audience
Monitor blog analytics, provide regular performance reports, and suggest improvements to optimize content strategy
Support the execution of PR campaigns by coordinating logistics, tracking timelines, and managing all project documentation
Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project execution for PR initiatives
Manage quality assurance for our monthly organic social flighting calendars, ensuring accuracy and alignment
Support the Go-To-Market and franchisee readiness call process, ensuring that all social and PR campaign strategies are thoroughly integrated into the overall marketing approach before launch
Engage with various internal and agency partners to support the successful execution of brand activation campaigns
Facilitate smooth communication among all stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed minutes, and diligently following up on action items to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within public relations or marketing
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with content management systems or newsroom platforms is a plus
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Ability to work onsite four days a week.
