Job Description:

Part‑time PPA role in a well‑established, supportive primary setting. Cover PPA across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 for 2–3 days per week. Immediate start with ongoing, stable part‑time hours.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of year groups
  • Ensure continuity of learning during teachers’ PPA time
  • Maintain strong behaviour management and classroom presence
  • Work collaboratively with phase leaders and class teachers

Requirements:

  • Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS essential)
  • Confident teaching across the primary age range
  • Flexible, positive practitioner who can adapt quickly
  • Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
  • Teacher who can build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services
