Become a part of Automated Business Solutions team and contribute to the development and maintenance of non-critical End User Developed Applications such as Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), Python (Django), Qlik Sense, SAS, SQL Server, VBA, etc. As a developer you will be responsible for managing, governing, supporting existing applications and developing new projects.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and maintain innovative solutions using Power Platform in accordance with KBC’s internal standards, policies and environment constraints
Optimize and automate business processes using Power Platform tools
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other services
Set up and maintain development frameworks, define internal development processes and coding guidelines, and implement technical improvements
Migrate and rebuild existing solutions (e.g., VBA, MS Access) to Power Platform
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions
Document solutions and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with business stakeholders on extensive testing of the code
Support and guide junior colleagues
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Power Platform (development, testing, maintenance)
Knowledge and experience of database systems (including deployment pipelines for SQL changes, connections between apps and SQL Server or other DBMSs)
Familiarity with technical migrations (CI/CD, SQL Server, technology/framework to another technology/framework)
Team player & proactive mindset
Strong attention to detail and continuous improvements
Excellent analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Fluent English B2+
Required education: Secondary education or professional training with a school-leaving exam
Nice to have:
Experience with Office Scripts, VBA, Microsoft Access, and web2py is a strong plus
