Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Postage Collector! Are you interested in joining one of Tampa Bay’s Top Workplaces (for 12 years running!) that provides on-the-job training and a fun, high-energy atmosphere? Your mission as the Postage Collector is to meet our 1pm deadline of collecting all postage for that day and making sure the mailings are passed along to our Mailing List Processors correctly.You will also be making follow-up calls to anyone that missed their previous mail date or anyone that has future mailings that they are sending out.

Job Responsibility:

  • Make follow-up calls to anyone that missed their previous mail date or has future mailings
  • Be in direct communication with customers and taking payments via phone, email, or website
  • Communicate with CSR’s (Customer Service Representatives) when necessary

  • Amazing customer service skills
  • Very friendly and professional
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to take instructions and duplicate them as given
  • Composure under pressure with any deadlines or quotas
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
