Job Description:

We are looking for the next Customer Care Agent (Portuguese Speaker) to join our client's team in the offices in Athens. Can you mirror a customer's’ language and tone? Are you passionate about the world of Online Gaming? If yes, we would love to hear back from you!

Job Responsibility:

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
follow up to ensure resolution
Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
Update our internal databases with information and record inquiries, comments and complaints
Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with our Product teams

Requirements:

Fluency in Portuguese and English (verbal and written)
High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Client-centric mindset
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Computer literacy
Flexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7

Nice to have:

Fluency in Greek
Experience as a Customer Support Agent or similar CS role
Familiarity with the gaming industry
