Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure completion of daily checklists
  • maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property
  • maintain landscaping in good repair in between third party service visits
  • clean and sweep swimming pools as required
  • arrange property furniture as directed
  • mop and vacuum daily in all areas required
  • ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day
  • responsible for ensuring product presentation meets brand and company standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work a full shift required work schedule on-site at the property
  • must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
  • must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours
  • must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job
  • this may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday
  • High school or equivalent education preferred
  • proficient in simple computer tasks
  • one year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade
  • experience in the student housing or multi-family industry
