Job Description:

Join TUI as a Port Delivery Agent in Costa Blanca. Be responsible for cruise embarkation and debarkation operations, ensuring client and guest satisfaction, and supporting daily operational needs.

Job Responsibility:

Being physically present at the port to deliver excellent customer and operational service
handling and arranging operations agreed with cruise clients throughout the stages involved
being responsible for smooth operations start to end
handling correspondence with clients together with the Supervisor/Team Manager
closing all invoicing and data loading procedures
keeping constant contact, reserving, and updating providers accordingly
liaising with ships and onboard teams to arrange all final details according to itineraries

Requirements:

Knowledge, experience and understanding of daily planning and operations in a holiday destination and/or cruise business
confident decision making, even under pressure
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
pro-active guest service mindset with focus on quality and efficiency
ability to work flexibly depending on cruise ship schedules
open to learning, growth, and career development
driver’s license and own car is desirable
