Meta develops and deploys technologies that support connections, communities, and economic growth. The Policy Programs Associate Manager, Vietnam and Southeast Asia, will support our public policy efforts in a rapidly evolving tech policy landscape. This role will support program strategy execution and stakeholder engagements in a range of areas including digital economy, digital citizenship, small and medium business-focused upskilling, youth safety, AI and innovation.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Public Policy team in their management of program partnerships and relationships with external stakeholders
Track impact of programs toward program metrics and Public Policy goals, including building a database of potential case studies and advocates
Undertake research for new programs or modifications to existing programs, including topics, identification of partners, budget planning and logistics
Support the creation of communications, educational and marketing materials
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in policy, community organizing, communications, marketing or program management in Vietnam
Experience in project management, stakeholder engagements, and attention to detail
Demonstrated understanding of the policy landscape in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
Demonstrated track record of collaborating in cross functional teams
Experience in communicating and presenting effectively in Vietnamese and English
Nice to have:
Track record of maintaining high ethical standards, professionalism
Experience in digital technology programs in a multinational environment
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and understanding Indonesian policy landscape are advantages
Experience engaging with an established network of government and non government stakeholders to drive policy objectives
