Job Description:

Our Poker Deck is London’s best and we’re looking for skilled and confident Poker Deck Dealers to join the team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality poker games, ensuring fairness, accuracy, ensuring all games and activities are run within the structures and rules of the LCCP.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deal poker games with precision and professionalism
  • Manage pots, bets, and chip movements accurately
  • Maintain control of the game and ensure compliance with regulations and the house rules
  • Provide a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for players
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve disputes calmly and fairly, working with floor management where appropriate

Requirements:

  • One year of experience dealing poker games in a busy casino environment
  • Strong knowledge of poker rules, hand rankings, and game flow
  • Excellent numeracy, concentration, and attention to detail
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage high-stakes games
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
  • You must be over 18 years of age
