  • Plan, organize and oversee production operations according to established standards (productivity, costs and product quality) to minimize downtime and meet production deadlines
  • Analyze the production schedule and determine the best strategy for production according to information received from the procurement team
  • Ensure all equipment is functional and switched on washing lines to begin production on schedule (morning only)
  • Holding daily meetings with team leaders and operations director and procurement to plan production shift
  • Confirm to the daily team leader on number of employees and agency personnel to each workstation
  • Directing the production team in the execution and changes in the production schedule in order to meet production deadlines
  • Monitor key performance indicators at the individual level and for the whole team
  • Communicate any irregular to production manager and submit the necessary recommendations
  • Ensure effective communication between work teams and other services for any situation the applicant (or lack of product quality, supply problems, mechanical equipment, etc.)
  • Supervise the work of the team leaders, and PMO and assist as needed in the execution of their work
