We are a leading provider of IT, engineering and consulting services. We are looking for experts who will create IT projects with us for the largest companies in Poland and abroad. We work in a partnership model based on mutual respect, trust and the win-win principle. We’re currently looking for a PMO Specialist (he / she) for our client in the banking industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing best practice insight into service transition and organisational change management
  • Maintaining and continuously improving the service and business transition plan
  • Proactively assisting Project Managers/Programme management, the Line Organisation and Business to transition activities, taking responsibility for specific projects
  • Leading change impact assessments and developing change management plans for deliverables
  • Achieving stakeholder alignment
  • Producing transition materials
  • Support the handover process for the programme to become a function under the line
  • Maintaining the reporting overviews (execution tables) for all Business Areas
  • Communicating overall service and business transition progress to key stakeholders inside and outside of the programme, e.g., workstream leadership, SPOCs, COOs, BCIOs etc.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in organisational change management
  • Experience in leading impact assessments, change planning and delivering change activities
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in financial services, technology and risk management change
  • Strong communicator on all level in an organization
