Job Description:

PMO Senior Executive role in Chennai, India, focusing on project management office functions including planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project delivery for Sopra Steria, a major European Tech company.

Job Responsibility:

Project planning including estimation, goal definition
Risk management and mitigation
Stakeholder communication as single point of contact
Project delivery on time and within budget
Time tracking & booking
Seating plan management
IT service desk issue tracking
DI Support (FMEA, RACM, JET)
Capturing meeting minutes and tracking actions to closure

Requirements:

Relevant work experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, or other related roles
Very good communication and comprehension skills
Good proficiency with Microsoft Tools
Experience in project estimation, planning, defining goals and objectives
Experience in risk management
Experience in stakeholder communication
Experience in project delivery
Ability to do time tracking & booking as per available cost
Experience with seating plans as per working window/shifts
IT service desk tracking of issue to closure
DI Support: FMEA, RACM, JET
Capturing MOM from governance call and track actions to closure
Total Experience Expected: 03-05 years
Graduate or Master's degree

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Lean, ITIL, or project management tools & techniques
