We are looking for a Plumbing Lecturer to join our dedicated teaching team and deliver high-quality training across both practical workshops and classroom-based learning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare engaging teaching and learning materials for a range of plumbing subjects
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that support the needs of individual learners, maintaining accurate attendance and promoting a positive learning environment
  • Set, assess and record coursework and assessments to support student achievement
  • Provide academic guidance and pastoral support, making referrals to specialist services where appropriate and contributing to student reports
  • Play an active role in shaping and developing course curricula and specialist facilities
  • Build and maintain strong links with employers and external organisations
  • Continually update your own professional knowledge and skills within the plumbing and education sectors
  • Promote and uphold the College’s policies on Safeguarding, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, College Values, and Health & Safety
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required to support the department and wider college community
