Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced plumber to perform maintenance and repairs to our clients heating and hot water systems in Coventry area. The Plumber will visit client properties to perform a range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks. They will ensure that all plumbing systems function efficiently and safely, completing all repairs in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform all necessary plumbing repairs and maintenance work
  • Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures
  • Diagnose and assess plumbing issues
  • Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work
  • Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients and tenants

Requirements:

  • Qualified and experienced in plumbing with relevant certification
  • Self-motivated, flexible and able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to diagnose problems and propose cost-effective solutions
  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and our team
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Adhere to the Out of Hours, weekends and evenings on call rota
  • It is important that we complete all the appropriate criminal and reference checks before you start working with us
