Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Managing plot sale matters and files from reservation to completion
preparation of contract packs, completion statements, remittance advice, invoices and engrossing of deeds
typing correspondence and documentation
ensuring deposits and completion monies are remitted correctly
attending meetings with clients
updating clients on active matters
maintaining effective communication with colleagues
managing files diligently and reviewing regularly

Requirements:

qualified or experienced senior paralegal
excellent interpersonal skills
effective communication at all levels
enthusiasm to look after clients
background in traditional residential conveyancing
motivated by plot sales

Nice to have:

commitment to live and work in the Devon region
