Job Description:

We are on the journey to transform our digital capabilities, bringing core business processes, people, data & technology together. This role is part of the Monitoring & Observability team, focusing on enhancing IKEA's digital resilience and user experience while collaborating across teams and driving platform operations and improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Taking responsibility for day-to-day operations and ensuring SLA/OLA delivery
collaborating with SMEs, developers, and DevOps engineers
driving automation and improving processes and workflows
providing training and support to end-users
supporting incident response efforts
staying updated with latest developments in Observability
creating and maintaining documentation

Requirements:

Good knowledge of modern technologies
solid knowledge of digital Monitoring and Observability capabilities
strong background in a center of excellence
collaborative spirit
ability to lead with a focus on both technology and people
responsive and proactive in finding better ways
ability to give and take responsibility
familiarity with technologies and tools like Cribl, Ansible, GIT, Linux, CI/CD, Azure Cloud, and K8s
