Requirements

Proven experience as a plasterer in a maintenance or social housing environment
Ability to carry out multitrade works to a good standard
Good knowledge of materials, tools, and plastering techniques
Strong attention to detail and quality of finish
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
Good communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)

Job Responsibility

Carry out all aspects of plastering, including patch repairs, skimming, bonding, and making good after works
Prepare surfaces, including removing damaged plaster and applying suitable finishes
Undertake multitrade works such as basic carpentry, painting, tiling, and minor repairs
Work on both reactive maintenance and planned works
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within required timescales
Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment in residents’ homes
Communicate professionally with tenants, supervisors, and office staff
Follow all health & safety and company procedures
